The Palm Pre promises plenty but does the smartphone live up to expectations? Emmet Ryan tested out the device to see how well it fared.

While there is plenty of potential, it largely went unfulfilled in this device. The Palm Pre is available on O2 from EUR419 for pre-pay customers. Some bill-pay customers can get the phone for free; however, it costs between EUR49 and EUR99 on most packages.
