'Bullet Proof your SOA' - Breakfast Briefing by Oracle
14-10-2008, 8am - 10 am
The Conrad Hotel, Dublin 2, Ireland
Dave Chappell, VP and Chief Technologist of SOA at the Oracle Corporation will host this briefing to discuss some of the challenges that he sees customers face as SOA and composite applications become an integral part of the IT landscape, in companies large and small. These challenges include ensuring that legacy and mainframe systems are not overloaded, that services ( built in Java, .Net, etc) scale as more traffic goes through them, and that entire SOA infrastructure - services and middleware - provides predictable response times under sustained loads. Dave will share his perspectives on how one can address these challenges and ensure that one's business critical applications that are built with SOA deliver.
