Surefit, a US furniture coverings manufacturer, is behind this on-line contest. The purpose of the site is to allow users to vote for what can only be described as the ugliest couch in the world, and there is no question that the couches on the site are unbelievably ugly. The winner will receive USD2000 and this is the 7th annual incarnation of the contest. Sadly the rest of Surefit's site is of little value to Irish users since the company does not ship outside of North America, despite the seemingly high quality products the company produces.
