Eware, the CRM solutions provider, announces EquIP has chosen to deploy eWare3. EquIP has selected the product to enhance its sales, marketing and customer service departments. One of the key areas of the solution is the adoption of a structured sales process.

Jose A. Collazo, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Infonet Services Corporation, said on Wednesday that he expects that Infonet's revenue target of USD645 million is approximately correct. He added that Infonet expects a per share loss of USD0.02, which is within the range of analysts' current expectations as published with First Call.

Pro forma net income for the first quarter 2002 was USD0.9 million or USD0.01 per share, in line with previous management guidance, compared to pro forma net income of USD0.6 million or USD0.01 per share in the fourth quarter 2001.

InterClubNet has signed an initial five-year agreement for interactive voice response services with British Telecommunications plc. Under the agreement, BT will develop technology to enable grassroots football results to be entered and retrieved automatically through its IVR services by football participants. Essentially, IVR technology will collect and feed data using keypad requests and input by users over a telephone.
