Below are the questions Tom Raftery asked Charles, including the time during the interview they were asked:

Charles, you are CEO of NitroSell and formerly CEO of Horizon, how did you get into computers day one? - 00:38

Horizon started as a very small company in Blackpool in Cork and you were one of the first employees, weren't you - 01:28

Can you give us a couple of examples from Horizon and maybe also NitroSell on ways you have been innovative and the importance of innovation for those companies? - 02:20

Even going back to the days of Horizon, Horizon was quite innovative too and as a result quickly grew from being above that small shop in Blackpool to being one of the largest IT companies in Ireland... - 04:11

Of course Sun wasn't the only distributorship that Horizon had, Horizon landed distributorships for lots of companies at the time, was it through similar strategies? 05:49

Can you give us a "for example" on some of the strategies used to win the Sun contract? - 06:53

You also mentioned in your abstract that you would be discussing radical pricing strategies, is that more on the NitroSell side than the Horizon side? - 08:37

NitroSell seems to be on a log curve in terms of growth at the moment, what do you attribute that to? - 09:59

The SaaS model is quite innovative too, are you noticing any resistance to you hosting sensitive information? - 11:32

And you have had a lot of success as well partnering with Microsoft and getting them to co-promote with you... - 12:51

You are probably not going to answer this, but that seems like a nice neat exit strategy... - 14:35

And finally, do you find membership of organisations like it@cork of benefit to you? - 15:53
